There 改为 It

把there 换成it. 把have 换成had
It was th best meal I had had at the restaurant last night.
昨天晚上在饭店吃的饭,是我吃过的最好的饭.
had had 表示过去了完成时, 时间结止到"last night"
it 做形式主语.

应该是there was the best meal I had have at the restaurant last night，因为last night 是过去时所以要用had.

the改成a
昨天晚上,我在这家餐馆吃了一顿饭
a在句子里表示一顿饭
