我一个朋友的电脑开机后不能正常运行到桌面。开机运行到系统检索时,只能运行16%就不动了,然后出现下列提示. 我想给他重做系统。试过各种Blos里的光盘、硬盘启动项和开机后按F8的启动项匀失败。
提示如下：

To avoid seeing this message ayain,always shat dows your aomputer by selecting shut down
from start menu.
Scandisk is now ckecking drive C for errors
弹出的对话框提示：
scandisk eucountered a dataerron while reading claster caall.
Scandisk will try to continue past this error when scandisk offers to per form a sur face
scan on this drive,choose yes.
这是什么问题？

这是什么问题？
上面的英文说的是因为你上次没有正常关机，所以系统要检查你的硬盘有没有错误，下面的是说检查磁盘的程序发现了一处读取错误(无法读取某个区域的数据)它要求进行一个全盘扫描
硬盘启动项和开机后按F8 都是启动硬盘里面的操作系统
光盘启动应该可以的，不过你的硬盘确实有问题，还是让它全盘扫描一下，标识一下硬盘上的坏区，坏道～
