The protection is not to depends to fix the building
而是在原有的基础上给与保护
But give the protection on the original foundation
就说传统的建筑不应成为城市的风格

现在的城市在高度发达和人口众多的今天需要的是更高的效率，
The city of now at high prosper is a higher efficiency with what densely populated today need,
