高考问答贡菊 胎菊的区别:不知道为什么总有框架在所有的网页上

最近几个月以来，我试用了几台电脑，即使是新装的系统，上网时总会有个框架在网页下边显示一些东东，看来又是3721第二了，不过比哪3721还讨厌，现在找到一个网址但打不开。请各位帮忙看下。是汪是和电信公司有关系。

是网络服务商的原因他提示是内部出错
可能装了什么插件了，
用超级魔法兔子中的专业卸载，把它所找到的流氓软件都卸掉就ok了。
ps:我也碰到过一次。
据我的判断，这是 Tencent QQ 安装后的流氓插件，有时甚至是卸载了QQ还是删除不掉
