不知道为什么这几天打开proxycap的时候会出现这样一个错误：
proxycap couldn't start:
windows network configuration is out of date
please reinstall proxycap
我已经重装了N次proxycap了，可是还是解决不了，有哪一位能帮忙解决一下这一个问题啊？谢谢了！
