关键工作：

-Deliver lectures on in-house electricity knowledge for relevant departments and staff.
向相关部门员工进行厂内供电的知识讲座。

-Participate in preparing electric training materials, including points of attentions for start-up operation of key equipment (high-voltage).
参与电气培训资料编制、包括对装置的关键设备（高压电）启动操作的要领注意事项。

-Participate in preparations during electric construction, and check the construction items against diagrams.
参与电气施工阶段各项施工准备工作，并对施工项目和图纸进行核对。

-During commissioning, participate in implementing various commissioning plans. Organize subordinates to get familiar with various loops that the 2-way 220KV incoming lines are converted into 4 sections of 35KV bus bars through two 200MVA 3-coil voltage transformer to provide, via 35KV GIS composite switches, 14-circuit 35KV power systems for the seven 35KV substations as well as 35KV substations for water recycling units #1, #2 and #3, power center, styrenic plant, polystyrenic plant, olefin plants and polyolefin plants, divided into 6KV single bus bar section (and main switch) at the inner voltage transformer and then converted into 0.4KV.
在项目调试阶段，参与实施各项调试计划。并熟悉掌握二路220KV进线经二台200MVA三圈变压器变成四段35KV母线电源,分别有35KV GIS组合开关向7个35KV分变电站提供14个回路35KV电源.系统，以及1*循环水35KV变电站、 2*循环水35KV变电站、3*循环水35KV变电站、动力中心35KV变电站、本乙稀和聚本乙稀35KV变电站、烯烃35KV变电站、聚烯烃35KV变电站，内变压器分6KV单母线分段（以及母联开关）后再变压到0.4KV的各个回路。

-Be capable of timely diagnose and deal with electric failures during operation, work out maintenance and repair plans and implement safety prevention measures.
能及时判断及时处理生产过程中电气出现的故障，制订检修方案，落实安全防护措施。

-Arrange and work out operation procedures and records for substations, establish management filing system and check on the implementation of various policies.
制定各变电站的操作以及记录，建立管理档案。检查各项制度的落实情况。

-Arrange electric inspection plans in accordance with the overhaul and maintenance plans of plants.
根据装置的大、中、小修方案，安排相应的电气检查等计划。

-Inspect the implementation and make detailed records as follows: three diagrams—putting simulation diagram, cable wiring diagram and connection diagram on the wall; three bills—work bill, operation bill and interim power usage bill; three regulars—regular cleaning, regular testing and regular maintenance; five records—maintenance record, testing record, operation record, accident record and equipment default record; five procedures—maintenance procedures, testing procedure, operation procedure, safety procedure and dealing procedure.
检查（叁.叁.叁.贰.五制）等落实情况。并有详细记录。即三张图：模拟图，电缆走向图、二处接线图要上墙。三票：工作票，操作票、临时用电票。三定期：定期试验，定期清扫、定期检修。五记录：检修记录，试验记录、运行记录、事故记录、设备缺陷记录。五规程：检修规程，试验规程、运行规程、安全规程、事故处理规程。

Experience/Skill Requirement
经验/技能要求

-University degree in electricity or relevant degrees.
大学，大专或电气专业的相应学历。

-5+ years of electric operation management experience, with 3+ years of electric distribution management experience.
具有5年以上电气操作管理经验，至少有3年以上电力分配管理工作经验。

-Deep understanding on production, safety and technology requirements of the electricity industry.
对电气行业安全、技术国家有关法令等情况和要求有深刻了解
