蓝鲸现在有多少头:迅雷出现问题

当我双击桌面上的迅雷图标启动时，或者在网页的链接上右击“使用迅雷下载”来启动迅雷的时候，就会出现提示

启动失败，我把迅雷卸载后重新装了一下，重启电脑打开迅雷的时候，还是出现相同的提示，请问各位朋友，该如何解决？谢谢
