请问，我和BF要在国内申请结婚，他是加拿大人，他所要出具的单身证明可以是加国民政部开出的吗？还需要做哪些认证

In Canada, there is no 加国民政部. Your boyfriend will need 单身证明 in order to get married in Canada. This paper is a declaration issued by a lawyer for a fee of about 200 Canadian dollars. Immigration Canada doesn't care about 单身证明. What is needed for your application is your marriage certificate and evidence yours is not a marriage of convenience.
