帮助某人做某事 help sb.do sth.or help sb. with sth.；
help 只有在表达“控制”之类的意思时才会接doing,而且之前往往有can (could)或者cannot,例如I can not help crying；当然还有一种习惯用语时help后面加to的，help oneself to sth.表达“随便吃/用点什么”，例如Help yourself to some cookies.
