7.3 Other D/C Terms and Conditions:
i) Tolerance of plus or minus 10% on quantity (as per conditions of Clause 3.2) and D/C amount allowed.
ii) Adjustments as per this Contract to be included in full.
iii) Charter party B/L acceptable.
iv) Partial shipment not allowed.
v) Transhipment prohibited
vi) D/C is available by negotiation with Hang Seng Bank in Hong Kong
vii) Beneficiary’s presentation of documents within 25 days after B/L date.
viii) All banking charges inside the country of D/C issuing bank inclusive of, for D/C applicant’s account.
ix) D/C to be telexed out by SWIFT/tested keys as fully operative; no mail confirmation to follow.
x) The Article “This D/C is subject to UNIFORM CUSTOMS AND PRACTICE FOR DOCUMENTARY CREDITS, ICC publications No500,1993 revision” to be incorporated in the text of D/C.
xi) Except Invoice and draft, third party documents is acceptable.
xii) If any, Shipper name showing in certificates different with other documents is also acceptable.

CLAUSE 21 SPECIAL CLAUSE &VALIDITY
This contract is considered valid from the date of its date of its signing by buyer and seller through completion of execution of its terms nad conditions as set forth in each and all clauses of this contract ,communication by fax machines or email are acceptable to all parties ,signature by fax or email in counterparts are binding upon and acceptable to all parties to this agreement ,this contract shall become effective from the later date of the date written at the end of this contract.
第二十一条：特殊条款和有效期
本协议的有效期，自买卖双方签字之日起，至按照协议中规定的所有条款将本协议全部执行完备为止。 买卖双方接受以传真或者电子邮件方式交流；根据本协议，双方通过传真或电子邮件发送的签名对双方都有约束力并可以接受。本协议由页尾所注日期之次日起生效。
