A car won't go without fuel,And your body won't run very long witgout food .Your car might run on the wrong fuel,but you get better mileage and go further with the right kind and in the right amounts.Like-wise,your body has more energy and runs better when it has the kind and amount of food it needs,too.when you skip breakfast,do you ever feel tired by late morning?they may be the wrong kind of fuel!
Your body needs to be supplied with materials to make it work properly. These materials are called nutrients because they onurish or support the body.Over fifty different nutrients are grouped into six classes,protein,carbohydrate,fat,vitanins,minerals ,and wa-ter.

One dan in the summmer vacation,I was going to see my uncle, who lived in rhe countryside.I started by bike at nine in the morn-ing.When I went near my uncle's house,it suddenly rained.I rode fast in the rain.At last I arrived and the rain also stopped,but I was all wet.
After lunch,uncle led me to the water-melon field.while I was passing by a big tree,a wasp rushed for me and stung me on the right hand.I felt a bit uncomfortable.In the field,uncle picked some big water-melons for me.
