say+说话内容；
speak vi.说话；speak+语言；
talk+to\with+谈话对象；
talk+about+谈话话题；
talk+of+某人某物
tell+sb.+sth,=tell sth. to sb.告诉某人什么什么；
说到说话，第一就是speak，如I can speak with my mouth.
speak+语言，，表示说话的能力，比如：speak English\Chinese;
say+谈话具体内容，表示说话的这个动作行为，比如She said( to me ),"I'm late for school this morning."=“I'm late ...,"said she.
talk强调的是谈话双方聊天对话的性质，say和speak还只是单方面的”说“，talk根据后面的不同介词分别表示不同含义；
tell强调是一方告诉或命令、叫另一方（相当于一个说，一个听）
