1:either & neither
我记得在BBC上看过这2词的解释及用法．
E：in a choice between two things both choice are ok.
N:in a choice between two things ,both choice are bad.
从上面的解释中我可以清楚的看到它们的用法及之间的区别．
可是今天在做题的时候 遇到一个问题．有点迷惑．
文章是有关于小提琴，通过选材及后加工告诉我们如何制造一把精致的提琴．

其中选择答案有：either neither too nor
这个时候为什么不用Neither呢？
试题答析解释是：neither nor用于句尾．
这么解释我怎么感觉有些矛盾啊．neither 就在句尾啊

请问，最后一句的throat在句中是什么意思？是不是说铁路的运输要比卡车运输便宜的多，因此许多的发货商都通过铁运来运输自己的产品，这throat是指运货的渠道吗？
