一个需求的奋斗史:查文献时死机

我从网上的数据库中查阅文献时,对有的文献可以很顺利地在弹出的对话框中点"打开"按钮,然后阅读,但有的文章在点击"打开"按钮后整个屏幕变为蓝色,出现很多英文提示(附在下面的英文即是）,每次我都得关机后重新启动计算机.请问这是怎么回事,我该怎么办,谢谢!
