如楼上所说，在加拿大两年内不得入境，这是客气的，如在欧洲某国，申根协议国所有国家都会对你关上大门。
英美特别一些，抓到后，先以恐怖嫌疑进行甄别，时间少则半年，多则一年或还多，人在理面死定了。
都好几年了，为什么还没办一个居住或工作的许可证明。
仅是非法移民，不会起诉你，不允许你请律师，就是熬你，熬得你有幸出来恶梦伴随你的一生。尽快办一个合法身份。

In Canada,if you stay beyond what is allowed by the visitor permit, usually 180 days, and you are caught by Immigration, they can detain you till deportation for 2 reasons: flight risk and national security.

In most circumstances, they will not detain you but issue you an exclusion order so that you can leave on a voluntary basis.

The exclusion order is good for 30 days, after which, if you continue to stay in Canada, you will be issued a deportation order. Immigration will find you and detain you till the next available flight back to China.

You cannot apply for any visa for 2 years to return to Canada, if you are a subject of a deportation order.
