1.Regarding to the issue of UPS package
Previous mail was already received and the goods' use was well known by it. Requested by our customs, pls provide exact chinese name,quantity, and unit price. Only with it in detail, we can arrange customs clearance then. Pls advise as soon as possible.Thanks.

2. Issue of the last equipments.
Kindly pls provide related documents for the last batch of equipments, invoice & packing list etc. We here will arrange customs clearance accordingly.

1. About the UPS box.(如果是集装箱之类的大的箱体用container）

We are in receipt of the letter from you, having known the functions of the goods inside the box. According to the requirement of the Customs, we cannot complete the costoms formalities unless we know the accurate Chinese name, the quantity and the unit price of the goods. We would appreciate it if you would provide us the above information soon. Thank you.

2. About the last installment of equipments.

Please tender the relevant documenation of carriage such as the Bill of Lading (B/L) and the Invoice and so forth, so that we can complete the customs formalities.
