看了你的补充之后，我决定把回答改一下，前面都误解了，以为是倒计时关机的对话框。出现这种情况，应该是全部蓝屏，对吧？首先，你应该知道是什么时候开始出现这种情况的，在此之前装过什么软件，最好确定一下那个软件的安全度，然后就是用超级兔子一类的软件把系统优化一下，保证每个盘，特别是C盘有足够的剩余空间，如果实在在软件及系统方面没有什么问题，则也可以怀疑内存或是硬盘的问题，内存如果你没动他（指的是更换或是两个牌子混用）一般都没事，主要就是硬盘，可以磁盘整理，甚至把磁盘重新格式化一遍，一般都能解决，如果还是实在不行，可能硬盘真的有问题了。希望能对你有所帮助！！
