Section6.07.Cacellation of guarantee
If the Borrower shall have failed to make payment of principal or interest or any other payment required under the Loan Agreement (otherwise than as a result of any act or omission to act of the Gurantor) and such payment shall have been made by the Guarantor,the Guarantor may ,after consultation with the Bank ,by notice to the Bank and the Borrower,terminate its obligations under the Guarantee Agreement with respect to any amount of the Loan unwithdrawn from the Loan Account on the date of receipt of such notice by the Bank and not subject to any special commitment entered into by the Bank pursuant to Section 5.02. Upon receipt of such notice by the Bank ,such obligations in respect of such amount shall terminate.
