好吃的焦糖布丁蛋糕的做法(转)

6寸固定模

焦糖材料:砂糖3.5大匙,热水1大匙

布丁材料:蛋黄2个,全蛋1个,香草精1/8小匙,牛奶150C.C,砂糖1大匙

蛋糕材料:色拉油2大匙,低粉2.5大匙,蛋黄2个,牛奶30C.C,香草精1/8小匙,砂糖1大匙,蛋白2个

做法:1、煮焦糖:小锅里放入糖,先用中火加热到糖溶成液状,轻晃锅子,转小火,继续加热至糖变浅褐色,熄火,加入滚沸的热水1大匙用筷子子快速拌匀,把焦糖倒入蛋糕模里,轻转动使烤盘底部覆盖一层焦糖。

2、布丁材料:牛奶150C.C和糖1大匙放入汤锅加热到糖溶解,熄火。蛋黄与全蛋打入碗中,用打蛋器轻轻打匀(不能打到起泡),将蛋液倒入牛奶中快速拌匀,加香草精拌匀,用滤网过滤两遍备用。 (牛奶稍放凉了才混合)

3、蛋糕材料:蛋黄打到颜色发白变浅,加入色拉油拌到均匀融合,然后再加入牛奶拌到均匀融合,加入过筛的低粉和香草精拌成蛋黄糊,烤箱预热150c。

干净无油水的打蛋盆里放入蛋白2个,用电动搅拌机打到发泡,加入砂糖1大匙,继续打发,然后再加糖1大匙,打到蛋白中性发泡,用橡皮刀把蛋黄糊轻轻拌入蛋白泡中,搅拌均匀。

4、把布丁液倒入蛋糕模中(此时焦糖已经变硬凝固),再把蛋糕面糊倒在布丁液表面,因为蛋糕面糊时有很多气泡,比重比布丁液轻,所以会漂浮在表面。用橡皮刀轻轻拔平表面,把模子整个放在烤盘中,在烤盘中加入热水,放进烤箱烤45分钟左右。等蛋糕降温时即可脱模,脱模时可用细薄的纸片或竹签沿蛋糕模四周刮一圈,放上一个大盘子,翻转倒扣即可扣出。

1 green apple

1 cup cake flour(all purpose flour)
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
dash of cinnamon and netmeg

seperate egg whites and yolks, add 1/4 cup of sugar to each, beat in seperate bowls untils both are 3 times the original size

sift flour in 3 servings into the yolk and mix well, no lumps; fold in 1/3 of the egg white into the yolk mix, blend well, then fold the mix back into the egg white. Do not stir the batter, only fold so you don't decrease the volume

slice the apple, and line a grease pan with half of the apple slices; pour half of the cake batter into the pan, place the rest of the apple onto the batter, pour the rest of the batter in.

Bake in 350F oven until the top is golden brown, test the cake by stick in a chopstick, if it's not wet, then it's done. Flip the cake out so the apple slices are on the top

In a pot, heat 1/2 cup of sugar with 1/2 cup of water until carmalize, bruch the caramel on to the cake and eat!! ^^
