Without limiting the foregoing, except as otherwise required by applicable law, Distributor shall sell the Products utilizing only the labeling, packaging and instruction materials provided by AudioCodes. No promotional material of any kind shall utilize any additional names or brands without AudioCodes' prior written consent. Distributor agrees to cooperate with AudioCodes in obtaining tradename or trademark protection for the Tradenames and Trademarks. Distributor agrees not to challenge AudioCodes' ownership of the Tradenames and Trademarks or to utilize or register the Tradenames or Trademarks or any similar name or mark except use in a form or manner expressly approved by AudioCodes, the giving or withholding of which approval shall be in AudioCodes' discretion.
Distributor shall not use the Tradenames or Trademarks or any derivation thereof except in each instance identifying the same as belonging to AudioCodes. Use of AudioCodes' tradenames and Trademarks shall be subject to AudioCodes' guidelines as provided to Distributor from time to time.
