Through the comparison of the enterprise's distribution systems of America and Japan, especially the comparison of the wage system , we can know about the quality of the distribution system of overseas enterprise ,at the same time we can offer reference to our enterprises's structuring rational distribution system and government's making the policy and law for regulation of the distribution .
