再装一个.msi文件时，出现以下的图片，如何解决?

按照gyf519的指示，进入“服务”后，找到“Windows Installer”，点击启动，出现如下警告，无法成功启动，怎么办？

我的电脑右键---管理----服务---找到Windows Installer，看下是不是禁用了，如果是设为自动就可以了。
我找了一些相关的资料，但不能实践了。看一下，或许能够解决。
