在东亚经济发展与经济一体化过程中，中国正面临前所未有的历史性机遇，中国经济发展的地缘战略将对中国国内经济发展与整个东亚地区经济发展均带来深远的影响。从国际角度来看，东南亚经济发展的地缘战略目标是形成“环南中国海经济圈”，东北亚经济发展的地缘战略目标在于形成“环黄海经济圈”，这两大经济圈将通过以上海为中心的中国长江三角洲等东海地区的积极参与，形成一个海路与陆路并行的西太平洋经济带。这一经济带的建立将使中国发挥其巨大的经济潜能，也只有中国的经济规模和潜在的经济能力能够推进这一东亚各国的共同事业的完成。从国内角度来看，中国经济发展的地缘战略正在经历内线转外线、边缘切入与渐进北上的实践，但是西部大开发迟滞了中国经济发展地缘战略的再突破，使渐进北上的地缘发展态势止于长江三角洲地区，中国经济发展地缘战略的新突破在于理顺京津关系，充分利用日韩资金，着重打造辐射整个华北和东北地区的环渤海经济圈。实现中国经济发展地缘战略需要彻底实现国内的社会政治改革和积极奉行“和平崛起”的对外方略。

The three economic bodies-China, Korea and Japan- need a great common choice to integrate all the economic forces in this area, so a new hotbed of economic increasing for Asia, even for the whole World, will be emerged. Till that time, Shanghai will be the real centre of the new economic system of East Asian, and the
　　east part of mainland in China will take the most important role of the economic trip of west pacific area, and China’s economic will be like an arrow on the bowstring. It will be the best choice for the authority, by which, all the East Asian economies will share a common good future.
