My topic is How to keep fit. As we all know, having a good health is
the most important thing for everyone, especially for us middle
school students. If we don't have a good health, we can't enjoy
ourselves, not to say to study well. So we students must try to keep
fit in our school. At school we are very busy with our lessons every
day and we have several subjects to learn. So we must pay attention
to our own health while we are trying to do well in our lessons. But
how to do the two things well at the same time? Here are some of my
own opinions about it.
First we should have meals on time. Our school provides us with
three meals every day. we need to have meals regularly. Some
students may think that the meals are not delicious, but I think
they are quite necessary for the need of our body. Some of us have
developed habits of not having meals on time, some even come to
school without having breakfast, so I think this is a very bad habit
which we should get rid of, for we may not be able to see the harm
it does to us now, but in the long run, it will harm our bodies very
greatly.
Second, we must not get into the habit of smoking and drinking. Some
of the students are smoking in our school. As we all know, smoking
and drinking does great harm to people's health, and it is more so
for us students whose bodies are fast developing. Smoking and
drinking not only causes many kinds of illness but also prevents us
growing well.
Third it is also very helpful for us to go to bed early and get up
early. Franklin, an American President once said, "Early to bed and
early to rise makes a person healthy , wealthy and wise". We need
enough sleep, but too much sleep will also do harm to our bodies.
Fourthly, it is also good to have a calm mind. Don't easily get too
excited or too moody. This will not do good to our health either. So
we need to learn to be reasonable and thoughtful. Whatever happens,
we need to consider it with a calm mind and try to deal with it in a
reasonable way.
Lastly and most importantly, in order to keep fit, we need to do
more physical exercise and try to build up our body strong. So our
PE lessons are very very helpful . We, whether boys or girls, should
make full use of the each PE lesson to play football, basketball,
ping pong ball, badminton so on and so forth. Some of us don't like
this kind of classes. They don't know they are losing good chances
to make their body strong.
My dear school friends, we are very young and our study load is
heavy, so we need to form a good habit of having our meals
regularly, getting up early in the morning, giving up smoking and
drinking and attending our body training exercise class.
My dear friends, if you can do this, you will have a good health.

choosing what to eat is longer as easy as it once was. our eating habits have changed,as has our way of life,and the fuel we need for our body is also different. Traditional dies often have too much fat and too many calorise for the 21st-century person.If we want to keep up with the high pace of morden lfe, we had better learn to make the right choices about what and how we eat.
The best way to make sure that we will feel and look fine is to develop healthy eating habits. we ought to learn more about ourbody and the fuel it needs to keep fit.Only in that way will we be ready for the challenges and opportunities in life.
