最好的解决方法是重装系统
是不是你在发生问题之前，导入过你备份的注册表，并且也进不了安全模式，如果是这样的话，你可你用系统还原点，还原一下系统，就会好的。如果没有还原点的话，你就从装系统吧。
你可能是装了什么新硬件,并且驱动有问题,不然就是新装的某个软件与系统不兼容.我再问一下,你是不是把其它机子的硬盘挂在这个机子上,我以前也出现过这样的情况,2000以上的系统都不支持系统完整移植,你可以把系统安装盘插入光驱,安装过程中选择修复安装,这样或许可以解决你的问题~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

这句我也不是很懂,但是你把BIOS全部还原(开机按DEL,选 Load default Setup 就行了),然后重启按F8,进入安全模式.以管理员登录,再进行其它操作.
