任何一个能在竞争中生存下来并打出一片天地的女人都是非常不简单的，她们的敬业精神值得绝大多数男人去学习、尊敬。但个人认为，敬业不代表要强横。女上司若是觉得态度强硬就能说明自己的权威性，则是已经走进了误区。
女强人应该很好地运用了女性所特有的细腻温柔来与男性沟通。
和所有人沟通，听取大家的意见，给每个人很大的独立空间。因为有这样一个和谐宽松的环境，工作现在对我来说已经不仅仅是需要，在某种程度上也是一种快乐。
Even though women's pay is the same as men's pay when they do the same job, but in society, the male is still the dominanat sex, men also has large advantages in competetions. Therefore, if women wants to get more than men, receive a greater social status, they have to work a lot harder.

People wanting to strengthen their leading role, or to make the women seem inferior, will act like they are very dominant and tough. They want to be absolutely obeyed, no objection whatsoever.
Any woman that can have a great career in this world are not simple. Their spirit for their job is worth a lot of men to look at and learn from. But personally, valueing your own job does not have to be agreesive and dominant. If female superiors think by acting aggreesive and dominant would demonstrate their superiority and power, then they went the wrong way. Women should use their softness and care to communicate with men in order to gain respect.
Communiate with everyone, listen to their opinions and give everyone personal space. Because of this sort of comfortable working environment, occupation isn't what i need, but in certain aspects, it's a kind of enjoyment.
