我们公司和西门子有一个贸易合同马上要签了，货值2千多万人民币。
合同的付款条款是这么写的：
15% of the contractual value as interest free advance along with order.
85% of the contractual value by 1st class bank or siemens finance guarantee advanced payment bond/guarantee(at xxx cost) and performance bond to be fixed.
