Determination of the concentration of sustained release5-fluorouracil implants in tissue by HPLC
Abstract ： Objectives To establish a HPLC method for the determination of 5-fluorouracil in tissue. Methods 5-Fluorouracil was determined by HPLC,which was evaluated according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia published in 2005 . Results The main parameters of this method were as follows:the limit of detection was 0.017μg/g，the intra-day RSD was 3.0%,the inter-day RSD was 7.1%. Conclusion The method meets the criterion China Pharmacopoeia 2005 for detecting biological specimen and is feasible for the determination of 5-fluorouracil in tissue.

The main parameters of this method were as following:the limit of detection was 0.017μg/g，the intra-day RSD was 3.0%,the inter-day RSD was 7.1%.
