在美国医科全部都从硕士读起，本科是没有医科的
美国的硕士医科对原来本科是没有要求的，但要求你大学选修过大学生物，化学，物理，微积分等课程，除此之外你还要参加MCAT考试，差不多就这些了

In English, medicine is an undergraduate program. High school graduates will be admitted.

In North America including Canada and USA, medicine is a graduate program for 5 years, and after that you receive an MD (Medical Doctor).

To admit into a medical school, you will need first and second year credits in Chemistry and Physics, and sometimes, not all the times, Biology. Courses in Sociology and Psychology also help.

If you have a degree in Civil Engineering, I can assume you didn't do Chemistry and Biology. It can be difficult, however, not impossible. My friend, who has an undergraduate electronic engineering degree has become a doctor but he had to re-taken Chemistry and Biology for a year.

你这个专业差得远了点，要是生物化学也许还有点可能。本科有相关的考试，过了就行，都不难。
